When I was growing up, (a thousand years ago. or so it seems) and before I went off to boarding school, jig saws were a family pastime.
We must of had over 20 of them, all over 500 pieces.
The favorite, and most difficult one to complete, was around one, the picture was split into 10? sectors, with each sector depicting one of Britains greatest achievements.
Think miners safety lamp etc.
We had great times doing them as a family.
Happy days!
