This was the Teen Centre 1987 - 1994. This space became the Tour Office on the starboard side aft of the Grand Lounge.

Seen here on 19 August 1993.

I have hazy memories of being in here in April 87 - would that be possible?  I think there may have been arcade games or similar.

And that carpet - which we were told had special reflective bits in the coloured stripes to catch colour from spotlights - is embedded in my memory from that time too - of course it was all brand new.

The "racking" on the left looks its the same as was in the Theatre Bar originally?

Yes the space was built in 1987 and for a shot time opposite was an Adult Centre but that didn't last long and was replaced by the Tour Office.

The carpet matched that of the Grand Lounge.

Racking similar but not from Theatre Bar.
