Yes I must admit that it is quite impressive ...difficult to appreciate the size from the photograph but the case measures:-
2' 7" LONG
10" HIGH
9" WIDE

I like the way QE2 looks like she is cutting through the water !

Like the QE2 model Robbo and can imagine that you would get hours of enjoyment, studying the features of the ship.  It must be quite calming to sit and look at the model, imagining what it would be like to see QE2 sailing once more and although we know this will not happen, no harm in dreaming.

What company made it, and to what scale, out of curiosity (or did you make it yourself)? Looks good by the way. Really need to finish my Titanic model.
