I'd love to hear feedback :)

Chris.

ok  ;)

excellent website.  :)

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but I wonder about the banner headline "Cunard is the most historic passenger line in the world" as P&O has been around longer than Cunard.

Congratulations! Chris...
It's looking good.
Just like QE2 herself - Sophisticated, understated and never under-rated.

Hi Chris.... your website looks great after it's "refit".....always enjoy it......hey.. I have an idea... how about a daily blog while you are on Queen Victoria so we can follow you ...something like Ted Scull (from the World Ship Society)has done when he has been on board as a lecturer....would look forward to reading it.....just a thought....

Rob had the idea a while back that I add the original Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth on my website.

I finally got around to it!

QM: http://www.chriscunard.com/queen_mary_1.php
QE: http://www.chriscunard.com/queen_elizabeth_1.php

What do you think?

These are interesting additions, Chris!

Are you going to add more details about the earlier Cunarders too?
From The Ships' List, 'By the 1880s, the voyage was taking less than 6 days, in the faster ships, from Liverpool to New York. Cunard also added routes to various other countries. They ran weekly, sailing on Saturday, with their mail vessels and fortnightly, sailing on Tuesdays, with other vessels...'
It would be good to know more about these ships, as well as the dates / months they sailed.

Thanks Rosie!!

Many of the other Cunarders are already on the site, here:
http://www.chriscunard.com/cunard_fleet.php

It's not possible to put them all on the main navigation so they're grouped under 'Histoy and Fleet'.

Chis :)

Mauretania features on the cover of our upcoming "The Cunard Story" in her cruising white!

Hey Chris
Well Done, you two!
Sounds exciting  - a new 'book on the block'!
What date do you think it will appear in The QE2 Story Forum shop?

Facebook Likes and Twitter Tweets! (...and QE2 book reviews)...

I was playing around with some facebook and Twitter aps for websites and have added a nice little bit of code to the book websites which allows facebook users to "like" the books, and Twitter followers to 'tweet' about them.

www.qe2book.com
www.qm2book.com and/or
www.queenvictoriabook.com

Scroll to the bottom and the little ap is down there! One click and you're done. The code is free from www.addthis.com for those with websites.

Also I added a QE2 Book Review page:
http://www.qe2book.com/qe2_book_reviews.html

Some JavaScript pulls random quotes fom Amazon and other reveiws.
