List of QE2 Interior Designers:

Stefan Buzas Died: 2 October 2008
He was the designer of the 736 Club (with Alan Irvine), The London Gallery and the original Shopping Arcade and suites. 

James Gardner, exterior styling Died: 25 March 1995

Dennis Lennon responsible for three restaurants, a some suites, main entrances and staircases

Michael Inchbald: Died: 23 February 2013 Responsible for Queens Room and Quarter Deck Library

David Hicks Died: 1998 responsible for Q4 Room design

Jon Bannenberg Died: May 2002 He was responsible for the design of Double up, Double down room, the deluxe Bannenberg suites, the Six Deck indoor swimming pool and the card room

Gaby Schreiber Died: 1991

Theo Crosby Died: September 1994 Lookout Bar
Note on Look-out Bar designers:
Gillian Wise 1936-2020 designed the Look-out Bar linenfold stainless steel and glass screen
Lurashell seating was designed by Crosby/Fletcher/Forbes

Lady Tweedsmuir, Cunard's First Lady Director advised on the practical outlook of the passenger areas

Technical Co-ordinators: Tabb Hastlehurst, co-ordinated between builders, designers and sub contractors. 

Furniture designers:

William Plunkett Died: May 2013 designer of midship bar and double down room furniture

Miles van der Rohe: designer of chairs for original Grill Room

Harry Bertoia - Bertoia Chairs

In April 1967, when work was well underway on the interiors, the QE2 was featured in the new Weekend Telegraph Colour Magazine. The new model of the ship was featured, surrounded by the Cunard Board. This featured Lady Tweedsmuir, 'Cunard's first woman director who is advising on the practical aspects of the Q4 ...)

Thanks Rosie, I have added Lady Tweedsmuir in relation to her advisory role. 

It is a work in progress at the moment so much more to be added.
