I think both forum and Facebook play a big role on QE2.I for one have a few QE2 groups,I have one specially to her ex-crew and its amazing how many crew have found each other after 20-30 years all thanks to that group.

Another group I have is a QE2 in Dubai is a secret group,the reason for this is to protect my contacts (maybe not now but it was needed when QE2 was at the dry docks)

Thanks to Facebook too I have made many contacts over the years in which many photos was sent to me and many of those made public here on this Forum.

Yes this Forum is very important and yes it is easier to search for something here than on Facebook.Then again a lot can be found on Facebook you just many hours to spend.
