Plenty of time Gav and work always needs to take priority  :)  I'll look forward to more updates when you have time.
I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank

OK - looking like a little time coming up so I will endeavour to get the jigsaw made up using Photo 2.

My other half (Shelagh) has offered to be first to make it up (which will allow me to check it goes together OK) but I hope all you other forum puzzlers will still be wanting another challenge!!

I'll post here when it arrives!

Awesome news, Gav !  Think of all the miles our QE2 is accumulating and will be accumulating by proxy as Peter has said as the jigsaws circulate around the globe.  Please add me to the list once QE2 (jigsaw) has made the rounds in the UK.  June   :)

Any action on any of the QE2 jigsaws ?  Liverpool Calling is at Ingram Shipbuilding and I am still trying to assemble a refit crew.  Mascot Jim is on standby to be sure all is well.  Other news ?   :D

Well No 5 "Pride of the Clyde" is berthed in Lanark at my mums just now!!

This will be her winter layup berth as there is a que of refits before her.

Essential hands remain on board however.

Jim, our QE2 Jigsaw Club mascot, is wondering who is working on a jigsaw at the moment ?  Pete remarked that there seemed to be a lull in the action.  Isabelle has just completed a refit, and I am ashamed to admit that QE2 is still at Ingram Shipbuilding awaiting her next refit.  Anyone else working on one at the moment ?   :)

I think Jim has just been especially busy doing double duty between his duties as QE2 Jigsaw Club Mascot and his duties in Security and Jigsaw Management for the 2018-2019 World Cruise.  Then there were the trips to check on Isabelle's progress on her recently finished refit !   ;D

Construction of the jigsaw of "Nick Bates : The Captain and his ship" may be seen here :

I left it with the relevant photo competition, where it had been awarded as a much appreciated prize! Thank you, June :) . It gave me a lot of pleasure and I am sure will do so again.

And by the way, I am happy to circulate it too, should anyone like to give it a try.
