New QE2 painting
« on: Apr 19, 2013, 03:22 PM »
Hi everyone, I hope you aren't all bored with my paintings by now! I promise this will be the last for a while. This is 20x16 inches oil on canvas

If anyone spots something that doesn't look right please tell me and I can see if I can correct it.

Thanks

Lovely painting of the QE2 Alan.  It must be so therapeutic painting sea scenes, especially when the QE2 is the main focus.   :)

I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank

Hi Lynda, she's definitely a nice ship to paint!

That is definitely my favourite painting so far. As for spotting anything not right, it's nit picking but a little hazy smoke coming out of the funnel would look perfect, Alan.
