If I have time later I will try changing them back.

Okay. Great! I can also do it if you don't have the time.

Yes the app is pretty good. Although you do still have to view the full page to see polls. I have nearly done the plans now.

Here we are. The plan in 'normal' colours has been attached. :)

The seating designs built into the walls look even better on the white plan. :)

When planning the passenger areas the designers would build models of the various rooms to show Cunard management - here is the Double Room model

There is no cactus garden under the spiral staircase.  I need to look at my photos to see when that was installed.  I thought it was always there.

I loved the Double Down room on my first crossing in 86 it was a more general all purpose room and afternoon tea for those of us in steerage was served in there. Mindyou it was  a great many years ago and l was nearly 17 at the time, what l do remember was the sweeping staircase, your how feet fell naturally on every step .

The contrast to how it looked in 87 was something else, the new layout of the shops . It seemed then The Grand lounge was more a show lounge. and the dreaded stairs by the stage .

Mindyou, compare the sweeping stairs to that on the Franconia..
From the moment you first glimpsed the Queen,
you just knew you were in for a very special time ahead.!

It looks like there is a cactus garden in Myles’s first pic above.
