What have various Captains?Chief Engineers/Chief Doctors etc done since QE2? eg still worked for Cunard/other ships/lines?/Retired/Sadly passed away etc
Some Captains seem to be better documented than others
What ship is *Capt Perkins on for instance ?
see profile for Captain Perkins
Hope this thread might be of interest in building up a general picture
*Note: Captain Perkins died January 2021

David Perkins is rotating on P&O's Oceana (died January 2021)
Among others,
Captain Ian McNaught,
Bernhard Stumpfel (Head Chef), Jan Kristiansen (Chief Purser) & Thomas Quinones (apparently) are currently on QV
John Duffy (died July 2017)
& Warren Smith (C/Director) on QM2

Captain Peter Jackson(deceased December 2008)
Master of the QE2 when she was converted from luxury liner to troop carrier for the Falklands. Captain Peter Jackson, who has died aged 86, was master of the Cunard steamship Queen Elizabeth 2 during the Falklands War
Obituary From the Daily Telegraph 20 January 2009.

With no doubt a most difficult period in QE2's history. Our sympathies to his family

Captain David Perkins - Where is he now?
Cruise Director, Warren Smith - Where is he now - he did a stint aboard QM2 in 2009 but have since left Cunard?
Chief Engineer Paul Yeoman

Paul Yeoman was going to one of the P&O ships, or was it Princess.

I think David Perkins is on P&O...think I've seen somewhere about him having stints on Aurora and Oriana.
I wonder if he'll return to Cunard with the impending need for extra officers in October...

Last I heard (May 2010) was that Warren Smith is with P&O Australia.

Can anyone remember the name of the 4 stripe officer (possible staff captain) in this photo? It was taken in the Queens Grill around 1982/3
Thanks

Its Staff captain Harvey Smith, I think he is retired in 1992 to Romsey.

Does anyone know what happened to Engineer Office Martin Harrison, from the 1970's - 80's?
