The
theme for this month's photo competition is "
QE2 and teddy bears, other stuffed animals, puppets or mascots", chosen by Katharina Ernst.
Photos could have been taken on board, or later, and they could even be brand new photos of QE2 souvenirs you cherish at home or saw somewhere else, e.g. on board the new Cunard ships, or even in an exhibition or museum.
The competition is open also for stuffed toys and other cuddlies which you took on board, and which you remember for having been on board QE2 with you.Some pictures may already be in the QE2 Story Gallery -- if you would like to use any of those for the competition, just let the Moderators know, and we can enter them for you, without removing them from their original albums. We also assume that any photos in the Gallery may be entered in the competition by the Moderators on behalf of the owners / photographer members.
Your description should if possible give some information about when and where the photo was taken and what the souvenir is.
Photos entered should be your own, or if not, please post them with permission of the photographer, mentioning the name for copyright reasons, and so that the owner can be credited.

How to enterThe album is open -- so now is the time to assemble your three most interesting pictures on this theme. Wishing you happy memories as you search your souvenirs and your photo collections to find up to three pictures to upload to the competition album.

1 January 2025. Voting will run from the beginning of January 2025 until 1 February 2025, until everyone's time zone has caught up with the closing date.
