Thanks Joann so very much for sharing some photos. Its nice that they have a lifeboat on the dockside, and while getting used to not having the lifeboats ahead will be strange, we will get used with it. As with the shops, these were changed a few years ago. The Olde Dragon is gone and good riddance. and in its place the life ring that used to be displayed on QE2 in prime location.
I would like to think sooner rather than later they might sort out the bridge wings, to enable passengers to yet again see the magnificent hull below them.
Bookings are very strong for the hotel side, and so far appears to be still reasonably priced
Fingers crossed l hope to stay around the Holidays and enjoy a night or two onboard with her famous Sunday Brunch

Hopefully, you will be able to return and see more of the beautiful ship , and share your experiences here.
From the moment you first glimpsed the Queen,
you just knew you were in for a very special time ahead.!

I had a really great chat with broadcaster Anthony Davis who is a massive Cunard fan - he recently returned to QM and gave some insight to her current situation: https://thebigcruisepodcast.com/podcast/ep155-queen-mary-with-anthony-davis/
