Although not a Captain of QE2 it is with much sadness that i have to report the, far too early, death of Captain Othello [Otty] Ghoshroy. Otty was only 47.
Regular QE2 passengers will remember Otty from his time as a Deck Officer on QE2 and latterly QM2. Latterly Otty joined Seabourn where he started as a Staff Captain and then became one of their Captains.
When with Cunard, Otty was always happy to host Captain's Tables and will be remembered with affection, by those who had the pleasure of sharing that dining experience with him over the years.

I have just found a slightly poor photo of Otty on another website, apologies for the lack of a complete face for Otty but it shows enough to help jog the old 'little grey cells'!
