The theme for the June competition "QE2 for Children and Families" was chosen by Linda Bratcher, the winner of the March 2018 competition.

Thank you to everyone who submitted pictures, which we really appreciate, and we hope that you enjoy choosing and voting for your 3 favourites.

Voting is easy, but you need to be registered as a Forum member and log into the Forum to vote.  Whether or not you have submitted photos, please support those who have participated, by choosing your three favourite ones, noting the details, then tick the relevant box on the poll.  If you have entered photos please do not vote for your own pictures.

To make it easier for you we have posted the pictures below, however you can also view the photos in the Gallery Album "QE2 for family and children", where you can see them all at once, in thumbnail form, plus you can view larger versions of the pictures by clicking on the photo to see medium size, then click again, to see them in large size.

You will not see the result until after the poll has closed on 1 August 2018 giving all time zones the chance to catch up with the voting deadline.

As always the choice is yours - enjoy!

The poll for the June photo competition is open and ready for your votes.

Not so many pictures entered this month but I am sure you will agree they capture the theme of QE2 for Family and Children (including adult families and couples)

Just voted, a tricky choice as usual!  :)
First sailed on QE2 in August 2003 aged 6 years old. Last sailed on QE2 in July 2008. Last saw the seagoing QE2 in person from the decks of QM2, on QE2's last Transatlantic crossing (Eastbound tandem) in October 2008. Visited QE2 in her new life, in Dubai, in January 2020 and August 2022.

That's my vote in. Not straightforward, but at least a little easier due to the lower number of entries!

With a low number of entries it looks like the voting will be very close.  Exciting competition!

I have just now voted !  The decisions get more difficult with each new competition.  While this month does not have a large selection of photos, each photo is magnificent and worthy of a vote !  :) :)
