Paul I have moved your post into a World Cruise Memories topic in the Passenger and Enthusiasts topic board.  We may move individual memories into other topics later, depending on what is posted.

Looking forward to hearing about your world cruise memories.   :)
I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank

I got bored in 94 and went in the kitchens to work, mainly did lido buffet breakfast and lunch, evenings I did midnight buffet, somedays I made some other things once I was in queens thrill kitchen , meant queens grill, lol.i called that coz  some waiters were gay ,(no problem)I work with two finnish cooks , thats a strange language to hear, some days before doing lunch buffet I use  to go to german buffet in morning , held in the butchers , after went to help at lunch buffet, and a bit squiffy lol.mid night buffet interesting, after if I was hungry I, d go into kitchen for food and take to my cabin, I enjoyed my time working, was very intersting not many world cruise passengers worked in the kitchen lol , I called myself a crewassenger
