The Heritage Trail was a key element of the 1994 Project Lifestyle refit. Boston Cup/Britannia Cup - displayed in cabinet outside Yacht Club. Transferred to QM2 in 2004 Laconia Cup: (G Stairwell)Presented to Hamza Mustafa by QM2 Captain Philpott in 2018Yacht Club: Maritime themed on the America's Cup on display are models and pictures of yachts that have participated in the race.

Two magnificent portraits, both nearly three metres high, of HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh by Edward Halliday, and of HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother by Oswald Birley which were originally commissioned for the Caronia and Queen Elizabeth respectively.
"E" StairwayQueen Elizabeth 2 Launch Tapestries - originally located on Quarter Deck D Stairwell then relocated to Boat Deck E stairwell when the Heritage Trail was created in 1994. Stairways Galleries of Art:“A” Stairway artwork (Original to the ship) displayed Deck Four to Boat Deck“E” Stairway:Stairway "E" from Upper Deck down to Two deck were display twenty-eight Cunard Line posters with themes based on the early 20th century ships. In Dubai there is a display of poster art in the QE2 reception area, which is possibly the posters on display on Stairway "E"
"G" Stairway: Aerial photo commemorating the launch hung on the Boat Deck, G Stairway landing. Black and white framed pictures of the launch were also displayed to capture the ship sitting on the slipway, the day the hull of 736 took to the water for the first time.

Project Lifestyle Commissions: Seven artists were commissioned to create major works as part of the refurbishment. The artists were chosen to represent both new and established talent, carrying on a Cunard tradition of commissioning artworks of distinction and freshness. The artists appointed were:
Peter Sutton Four murals depicting the history of Cunard (Midships Lobby).
Jane Human 13 x 5 ft oil-on-canvas mural of Caronia in the Caribbean (Caronia Restaurant).
Althea Wynne 'White Horses' - 10 ft aluminium sculpture (Caronia Restaurant).
Veronique Bour 17 x 5 ft collage to hang as a backdrop to the 15 ft Mauretania model (Quarter deck, D Staircase).
Giancarlo Impiglia Three murals featuring shipboard scenes (two 13 x 5 ft placed between Queens Room and Lido, port and starboard, and one 8 placed in the Pavilion).
John Stobart 24 x 10 oil painting of Britannia (Britannia Grill) and prints of ports (Queens Grill Lounge).
Brody Neuenschwander Calligraphic frieze (Chart Room).
