Captain McNaught was the captain of the QE2 when we sailed in January 2007 on the World Cruise. He was always known as being a little adventurous on the waters as he will aggressively push the ship more than others. I remember crossing the Atlantic we passed through the Flemish cap and for about 36 hours it was every man for himself. But it was fun. I have seen forgotten who was Captain of our 1999 sailing.

Thanks Craig for posting your memory of sailing on QE2 when Captain McNaught was in charge. Happy memories of QE2 doing what she was built to do!
I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank
