1929: Jon Bannenberg was born in Australia. He died in London in May 2002

Education: Canterbury Boys High School and Sydney Conservatorium of Music
1950's moved to London
1978: he was appointed a Royal Designer for Industry (RDI)

Jon Bannenberg was responsible for the design of the Double up, Double down room, the deluxe Bannenberg suites, the Six Deck indoor swimming pool and the card room
