Keeping the Legend Alive - through your photos!

Crewing the QE2 Launches while in Caribbean Cruising 1970. Although I was training in engine room when not on watch below my Chief Engineer would allow me to help crew the passenger launches from ship to shore. Here I am (left) with one of my crew friends who actually was deck crew. On each boat there would be 2 crew and a Coxswain. It would also help train us how to launch the boats from the ship when and IF they would ever be used as lifeboats from the ship. Quite tricky at times too in a rough sea swelL
